This marketing method has been used for a long time – simply because it is one of the easiest ways to get people motivated to promote your brand or company. The first time that a person spoke about a business they used was years ago - probably the first time that anyone had something that they wanted to sell. If you always treat your customers well, they'll be nothing but good things for them to say.
